1. Data the app accesses
The app uses the Gmail API permission https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send solely to send review emails from the authorizing account. It also processes public YouTube video metadata, such as a title, description, publication time, duration, thumbnail URL, and canonical video link.
The app does not request access to read Gmail messages, drafts, contacts, labels, settings, or mailbox history. It does not delete or modify Gmail content.
2. How data is used
The Gmail permission is used only to send the app owner a copy-ready review email about an eligible YouTube upload. Gmail data and OAuth credentials are not provided to OpenAI or used to train artificial-intelligence models. Drafting uses public YouTube metadata and manually reviewed community-policy information.
The app does not sell personal information, serve advertising, build user profiles, or use data for surveillance.
3. Storage and security
The OAuth client credentials and refresh token are stored as encrypted GitHub Actions secrets. They are not included in public source files. A private automation state may retain a video identifier, a deterministic proposal hash, delivery status, a Gmail message identifier, and a timestamp to prevent duplicate email delivery.
No inbox content is collected or stored. Review emails are retained according to the Gmail account owner’s own settings.
4. Service providers and disclosure
Google provides Gmail email delivery, GitHub runs the private scheduled automation and stores encrypted credentials, and OpenAI helps prepare drafts from public video metadata. Data is disclosed only as needed for those functions or when required by law. The app does not transfer Gmail user data to OpenAI or to Reddit.
The app’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
5. Cookies and analytics
This public information site uses no analytics, advertising technologies, forms, cookies, tracking pixels, or browser storage.
6. Revocation and deletion
You can revoke the app’s Gmail access at any time from your Google Account connections. You may also request deletion of the app’s stored delivery state or ask a privacy question by emailing hoangmaiphuong2802@gmail.com.
7. Changes
If this app’s data practices materially change, this policy will be updated before the new practices take effect. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
